The father who had to chase them in his vehicle to catch up with them filmed this.
The original video he uploaded to Youtube was taken down after BBC TV Licensing complained even though he had every right to film them in public.
It goes to show the BBC do monitor websites like Youtube so its not just forums they monitor for bad publicity about them.
